PiPe Features

PiPe is Vengeo's proprietary desktop publishing tool. It works like Microsoft PowerPoint so you can start using it immediately. In fact, if you have some PPT files, you can import them, although you will lose some of the fancy page and content transitions, but you will gain all the benefits below.

Vengeo Viewer - CUSTOMIZABLE VIEWER TEMPLATES (CVT)

This is Vengeo's online 'browser', an Adobe Flash container to display your PiPe file. After you upload your PiPe file (Fpp extension) you receive a unique PiP link for each specific publication. When you send out your PiP Link, your visitor clicks that PiP link to open your PiP from that location. Our Vengeo Viewer is a customizable Flash container for your PiPs' pages. The container has the following capabilities:

Your Vengeo Profile Page acts like your main Vengeo location or identity, like a facebook page or your LinkedIn page. It provides you another Social Site that expands your SEO results and permits you to 'speak' in a different way than you would at your other locations.

Every Vengeo member has a web URL www.vengeo.com/alias. Your Profile Page is a 'landing page' that can be used as your website, either by using Vengeo's standard Profile Page editing tool or using Vengeo's PET HTML5 web page creation tool.

The Standard method for VMP 1, follows some basic steps to add your page content, including Profile Name, Background Image, Logo, Audio, Menus, Partner List, Subscription, Welcome text, Graphic, Banner Ad, Tower Ad, and your list of PiP links, as well as some Legal Text.

For VMP 2+ you can create fully customized PET HTML5 web pages containing most anything you want, including many of the vengeo tools in a micro format. To get started, go to My Profile > My Profile Page > Edit My Profile Page.

The Profile Page will also track the number of visitors, and you can block access and hide content.

Dynamic commenting or chat tool, with login and validation, delivered via a web link so you can paste it anywhere.

Use Vengeo's Larynx to create your own chats or online conversation(s). Create conversations for various needs. Set preferences to number of participants, with login and validation, of which you can moderate in the Larynx Dashboard. Registrants will be automatically added to your Sub Member list for other Vengeo capabilities. You can display your Banner Ad and permit advertisers to display beneath your convo of which you get a share of the revenue. You can customize the large versions as well as make a Micro Version for your PET pages or provide the embeddable html code for embedding into anyone's website or send it as a link.

Forms, Surveys, Tests, Questionnaires

Easily deliver any of the above via a web-URL link. Provide auto-answers with reports.

Use Vengeo's Feedback to create various Forms with Title, Description, Questions, Selections with Single choice, multi-choice and textual responses, as drop-downs and Ranking. you can scramble questions and add a timer. Create Form Templates that can be shared between your various Forms to theme them as needed. Add backgrounds, make a Micro Version for your PET pages or send it as a link. You will get reports on responses, provide auto-response emails and auto-answers along with a Thank You image or coupon.

e-Mail Blasting

Use our Vengeo BackPack, Vengeo's Email Blasting system to end thousand's of emails. First, create Email Templates that can include fomratted text, links and Images of PiPs and PETs, then input recipient contact info or import from Excel, then group them and send away. You can export your contact list to Excel. You will get reports on volume sent, open rates and bounces/unsubscribes. Various Vengeo Membership Plans have varying maximum levels of recipients and max number of sends per month.

Commenting, Collaboration and Stickies

Within your Publications, your audience can leave public or private comments, on hotspots, that you can validate.

Vengeo's PiP-Talk works in PiPs. This provides your visitor to add their own comments onto the PiP, at the top level, or page level, or onto hotspots on the page. These comment locations can be anywhere on the page that you previously created when you created the PiP inside PiPe. The comments the visitor adds can be anonymous or logged-in and validated by you. Each comment accumulates in the rollover so others can see the comment history, like a one-sided blog.

STICKIES: PiPs can also permit visitors to add their own 'Stickies'. These are hotspots that the visitor adds onto the page. Of course you can permit either comments or Stickies, and others can supplement the previous comments in those stickies with their own comments.

Vengeo Virtual Pods

Virtual Communities created by schools or businesses.

SUB LOGIN USERS

Every member can have Sub Login Users (SLUs) (limited to Vengeo Membership Plan level) that allows the member to assign to specific login userid+password permitting the SLUs to access the member's Vengeo account. The member can restrict and permit access by the SLUs to various areas of their account. For example, a member may want a friend or colleague to access their account to help them manage their account.

MASTER MEMBER and SUB MEMBER

Vengeo's Master Member (MM) and Sub Member (SM) hierarchy allows you to permit Vengeo members to register 'underneath' your membership, in order to allow you to 'manage' sub clients. As a MM you can import large volumes of members directly beneath your membership to get future benefit from residual Vengeo revenue for their subscription fees or shared advertising revenue. As well, you can approve their online Vengeo content, and you can edit their desktop publishing PiPe files. As well, SMs with a MM hierarchy can share content produced on Vengeo such as PiPs and PETs.

vPODS

Some Master Members can become an Organization Master Member (OMM) of Virtual Communities or Virtual Pods (vPods). vPods can be used to manage a Team, Club, Course, Department, or anything that has multiple members. Essentially, the OMM can organize a virtual hierarchy from their Sub Members (see above). Vengeo Sub Members can be assigned to either manage vPods as a Virtual Master Member (VMM) or be constituents of a vPods as a Virtual Sub Member (VSM) of your Organization. The OMM can asign permissions to VMMs and VSMs such as manage vPods.

All members can create products (Calendars, PiPs, PETs, Conversations, etc.) for their own personal needs that can be accessible outside this OMM. However, just because products can be created doesn't mean they can be assigned to be accessible in the Organization vPods. You can control the Assignment permissions. You can permit Members to create Vengeo products for various vPods and decide whether they're permitted to make them public prior to approval by their OMM's manager. Remember OMMs manage VMMs, and VMMs manage VSMs.

NOTE 1: By default, all OMM members CAN create products (except vPods) but CANNOT assign those products to a vPod without permissions. When you assign permissions to VMMs or VSMs, those permissions/approvals apply to all the members that are a VMM or VSM. Permissions that you assign to Specific Members override permissions you assign to the groups (VMM/VSM).

NOTE 2: A member CANNOT be both a VMM and VSM for the same vPod! A member cannot be a MM or SM while simultaneously a vPod member (member of OMM) - they must have separate Vengeo identities (separate email addresses).
