If you’re a jobseeker in this economy, you know better than anyone how many qualified people are vying for the same job. According to a Vault, Inc. survey, 58% of HR personnel said they would watch video resumes. If you were polled right now, what would you say? Now that video resumes are becoming even more mainstream and more jobseekers are using video resumes to differentiate themselves from other candidates, employers are benefiting from even more competition.

That’s a lot of “more,” but more is better when you consider that resume videos, by their very definition, give you infinitely more information about a candidate than a text resume.
